MANAGEMENT MEETING
A management meeting is a structured gathering of
organizational leaders to discuss strategy, make high-level decisions, set
priorities, and ensure alignment toward company goals. These meetings bring
together heads of departments and team leaders to foster coordination, address
significant operational or strategic issues to drive overall organizational
success.
Our Managing Director leads the meeting most of the time. Our chairperson and advisory board usually accompany him in our regular
management meeting on Monday.
This meeting is quite important because it facilitates
strategic discussions, makes important decisions, aligns on goals and
strategies, and ensures effective coordination across different departments.
Discussions often centre on high-level topics such as
financial health, growth opportunities, key performance indicators, curriculum
development, school building maintenance, supporting units’ role, and resource
allocation. The meeting aims to produce clear decisions, actionable items, and
a shared understanding of priorities and objectives for the organization.
This management meeting ensures that all leaders are on the
same page regarding the foundation's direction and goals. It also provides a
forum for making crucial high-level decisions that affect the entire
organization.
