  I was a bit obese and overweight about five years ago. I ate whatever I wanted and whenever I wanted it. I just want to enjoy my life. In the end, I found out that it was not fun. I could not enjoy my life because I ran out of breath when I climbed up the stairs and when I walked in the woods because of my weight. Then I started cycling for a bout a year until I was strong enough to start jogging. I had been doing it for two years when my sister in-Law introduced me “Keto Fatosis” life styles. It was hard but I learned what’s good for me. What I can do is to be consistent with “The Intermittent Fasting”. I began with ten hours fasting and gradually I can do the twenty-two hours fasting. Consistency and discipline are fruitful. I can run 15 K and ride 100K at this age. I have gained a lot of benefits from running, cycling, going to the Gym, and intermittent fasting.   A few persons asked me why I run intensively at my age, isn’t it dangerous for my legs? Why not just walk? And other questions concerning bones. At the beginning my answer was just like this, “I do it gradually. I started two years ago by walking short distance then long distance. After that I started jogging for 5K then 10K. Now I can run 15K”. My muscles in my legs are getting stronger and I am not easily tired. Now I am aware of other things that happen to me after I run regularly. My motivation to learn is growing and my memory returned bit by bit. I conducted small research and I found that Running is great for cognitive development because it boosts brain health by increasing blood flow and oxygen to the brain, stimulating the growth of new neurons (neurogenesis), and increasing the volume of the hippocampus, a brain region vital for memory and learning.   Untuk menjaga kebugaran, kita memiliki banyak sekali pilihan jenis-jenis olah raga, mulai dari yang mudah sampai yang sulit, dari yang murah hingga yang mahal, dari yang berupa hiburan sampai yang bela diri. Kesulitan yang dihadapi setiap orang pada dasarnya adalah tantangan di dalam dirinya sendiri, bukan jenis olah raganya. Zona nyaman membuat kita malas bergerak.   When students, parents come to see me, they always ask to discuss about their kids progress academically. This usually happens after the Mid-Semester Exam and sometimes after Final Exam. When their kids make progress there are no further questions but when their kids make no progress, they are worried about it. Most parents always see good grades in exams leads to successful life in the future. Teachers see it in different ways, they are aware that exam is only one of the tools to measure students’ understanding towards the lessons taught during certain period. Success in exam does not determine a person’s success in life. Success in exams can provide a foundation for life success by boosting confidence and opening doors to higher education and certain careers, but it's not a guarantee, as life success also depends on critical life skills like resilience, adaptability, passion, and emotional intelligence.   "Giving Dawah is an amazing act of worship" means that inviting others to Islam, both Muslims and non-Muslims, by sharing the message of Allah and the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) is a virtuous and rewarding form of worship. This practice is considered "amazing" because it is a fundamental religious duty, a way to earn spiritual rewards, and an effective method to spread goodness and bring people closer to God, even when faced with rejection or hardship.   A management meeting is a structured gathering of organizational leaders to discuss strategy, make high-level decisions, set priorities, and ensure alignment toward company goals. These meetings bring together heads of departments and team leaders to foster coordination, address significant operational or strategic issues to drive overall organizational success. Our Managing Director leads the meeting most of the time. Our chairperson and advisory board usually accompany him in our regular management meeting on Monday.
